If you wish to cancel or reschedule for a later date, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment. All cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment could incur up to the full charge of the original service. In addition, a $25 re-booking fee may be applicable and all fees must be paid in full before being serviced for future appointments. We do understand that there may be emergencies that will prohibit you from keeping your appointment, and those cases may not result in a fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your appointment time, and if a service provider must reschedule the appointment, you could incur up to the full charge and a $25 re-booking fee per pet would be incurred. All fees must be paid in full before being serviced for future appointments.
Also, since Weekends are the busiest days of the week and book up very quickly, many times weeks in advance, if you simply do not show up, or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled weekend appointments, you will incur the full charge of your original appointment. Hope you understand that your service provider invests significant resources to free up time and appreciate your understanding.
