My Cancellation and No-Show Policy: I understand that life’s schedule isn’t always predictable, and adjustments are sometimes necessary. However, to continue offering the best care for your pets and maintain fairness for all clients, I’ve put in place the following policies: • Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This consideration allows me to manage my schedule effectively and accommodate other pets that could benefit from my services. Please be aware that cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. • No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notifying me disrupts the day’s schedule and affects my ability to serve other pets in need. Therefore, not showing up for your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment cost, along with a $10 convenience fee to account for transportation arrangements. Additionally, clients who do not show up for their appointment will be unable to book future appointments with me. Implementing these policies helps me ensure that I can provide high-quality care and attention to every pet that comes through my doors. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.
